Rebelution 2023 Tour Announcement – Good Vibes Tour Schedule
Rebelution has already set the dates for its annual “Good Vibes” summer tour, taking the rock-reggae group to all your favorite cities in 2023! These Rebelution concerts begin on June 1st in Austin, TX, making stops in Atlanta, GA, Asheville, NC, New York, NY, and more before finishing up on August 23rd in Bonner, MT.
Joined by Iration and DJ Mackle on select dates, this Rebelution tour will have you dancing in the summer sun… and we like it that way. Do reggae-rock and EDM typically go hand in hand? Not exactly, but if anybody can pull it off, it’s Rebelution. Their annual summer trek is a tradition for the group that dates back many years, taking the California-based band around the US to sweat and shimmy with their biggest fans. The setlist will include all the essentials like “Lay My Claim,” “Inhale Exhale,” and “Safe and Sound,” along with newer songs from their 2021 album, In The Moment.
Grateful Web describes In the Moment as “deliberate and wide-ranging, infusing the quartet’s soulful, exhilarating brand of modern reggae with addictive pop hooks, alt-rock grit, and hip-hop grooves.” For the record, we totally agree. Rebelution has always been unapologetically themselves and made a name for themselves in music by doing their own thing. That’s why they’re bringing DJs on tour with them instead of fellow reggae bands, but it’s definitely working for them. They’ve become one of the most popular reggae-rock groups in the country since their formation in 2004, and Rebelution is only going up from here.
The Good Vibes tour lives up to its name every year — taking fans on a musical journey from Rebelution’s debut album, 2007’s Courage to Grow, to their 2020s essentials. While they aren’t afraid to get serious in their lyrics, discussing not just sweet summer days but also politics, the pandemic, and more, their music will always make you feel heard and pretty much in heaven.
