Widespread Panic 2021 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Widespread Panic will continue their tour through early 2022, giving you plenty of time to see the iconic jam band! The next Widespread Panic concert takes place on October 8th in Austin, TX, while the tour will end with a five-night engagement at New York City’s Beacon Theatre from January 13th-17th.
This Widespread Panic tour is coming full circle… as the group had just completed a five-show residency at Beacon Theatre in March 2020 when the pandemic shut down live music. While the Southern rock band initially began touring again in June 2021, they were forced to halt performances once again when frontman John Bell tested positive for COVID-19 in August.
After several weeks of isolation and a handful of rescheduled shows, Widespread Panic has returned to the road this October – with a bit of help from Billy Strings! It’s great news for the loyal fans who have followed the jam band from Athens, GA, around the country since 1987, and we can’t wait to see them switch up the setlist each night!
Often compared to Phish and The Grateful Dead… Widespread Panic concerts have become a bit of a phenomenon. Fans around the world line up to hear bluesy, Southern rock hits like “Blue Indian,” “Porch Song,” “Arleen,” and “Honky Red,” played live, especially in gorgeous settings like Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Did you know that Widespread Panic holds the record for the most sold-out concerts (63, to be exact) at this Morrison, CO, venue? It’s quite the honor, considering that practically every artist on the planet is trying to host a performance at this majestic venue in 2021.

And while they currently don’t have Red Rocks on their 2021-2022 concert schedule, you can see them return to the Beacon Theatre to close out their residency in style!
