Lacuna Coil 2023 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Lacuna Coil is touring the West Coast next year, making stops in California, Utah, Colorado, and more! The Italian gothic metal group will begin on May 4th in San Jose, CA, making stops in Tacoma, WA, Las Vegas, NV, Mesa, AZ, and more before concluding on May 19th in Los Angeles, CA.
“USA Coilers! We are so thrilled to announce that we’ll be heading your way again in 2023,” says frontwoman Cristina Scabbia. “We can’t wait to perform for you, and we’ll not be alone — we’ll bring along our special guests, BIRTHDAY MASSACRE, BLIND CHANNEL and EDGE OF PARADISE to the party! Who’s ready for a treat?” Lacuna Coil just wrapped up their fall 2022 tour, supporting both their latest album, 2019’s Black Anima, and the 20th anniversary of their third record, Comalies. They even played the second project in its entirety this October in their native Milan! It was an exciting trek for both old and new fans, but Lacuna Coil is just getting started… and we can’t wait to see what Scabbia has up her sleeve. More specifically, up the sleeve of her gothic Victorian dress.
While Evanescence owned the concept of gothic style and dual male and female vocals in a rock band back in the early 2000s, what if we told you that Lacuna Coil did it first? They were formed in Italy all the way back in 1994, making a statement with their 1999 album In a Reverie and eventually going on to sell two million albums worldwide! Were people a little uncomfortable with their dark and decadent style? Sure, but they didn’t let it get to them, and the result is over two decades of continued success. They can’t wait to play these West Coast dates in 2023, including the much-anticipated Sick New World music festival, and you can’t miss a beautifully insane Lacuna Coil concert.

You’ll hear all your favorite Lacuna Coil songs, like “Swamped,” “Enjoy the Silence,” “Heaven’s a Lie,” and “Blood, Tears, Dust.” Of course, there may also be a few new tunes! They released Comalies XX in October 2022, what the band calls a “deconstructed” and “transported” version of their 2002 record. Additionally, male vocalist Andrea Ferro told MetalSucks that they planned to work on some new music next year before they head on the upcoming Lacuna Coil tour. There are a lot of exciting things happening for the band in 2023, and you can’t miss your chance to see a Lacuna Coil concert! Get your tickets now.
