Agnostic Front 2022 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule

Agnostic Front has announced a co-headlining tour with Sick of It All, creating a crossover thrash concert unlike any other. The two veteran bands will embark on two legs of the tour. On May 5th in Cambridge, MA, the first kicks off and continues through the 22nd in Atlanta, GA. After a summer break, the bands will return on September 7th in Phoenix, AZ, and play their final show on the 24th in New Orleans, LA. 

“It’s always great to play with other classic New York bands, and Agnostic Front almost wrote the American hardcore handbook, so this will be extra special,” Sick of It All drummer Armand Majidi said in a statement. “When two of the kings of New York come to your town, it’s gonna be clobberin’ time with the godfathers of hardcore.” 

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Initially meant to happen in 2020, this Agnostic Front tour will be hardcore in every sense of the word. The group was formed in the early 1980s in Manhattan and quickly became punk pioneers that took over the city. Before they began touring the world, of course. They’re often compared to other hardcore punk heavyweights like Black Flag and Negative Approach, but in actuality, no artist sounds quite like Agnostic Front. 

Agnostic Front is a pioneer in the crossover thrash genre, helping many bands after them find the ideal blend of hardcore punk and thrash metal. And while they’ve released dozens of albums in the last four decades, people will forever talk about their 1984 debut, Victim in Pain. There was no other album quite like it at the time – an aggressive and angsty (in the best way!) selection of songs that helped people feel right at home as they moshed in NYC’s finest venues. 

They’re now ready to do it all again nearly forty years later, and you can witness the Agnostic Front and Sick Of It All concert in legendary venues like The Roxy in Los Angeles and Cobra Lounge in Chicago. Get your tickets today!
