Sammy Hagar 2021 Performance Announcement – A Toast to Texas Concert Schedule
Sammy Hagar is performing throughout the remainder of 2021, including a mini-residency in Las Vegas, NV, and a quick tour of Texas! You can see Hagar at Stratosphere Hotel and Casino from November 5th-13th, with his last show of the year taking place on December 8th in Houston, TX.
This October, Hagar announced “A Toast to Texas,” a four-night trek that takes him and his supergroup, The Circle, around the Lone Star State. Occurring weeks after they wrap up their brief Las Vegas residency, it’s clear that Hagar and friends are focusing on quality over quantity with their post-pandemic shows.
The former Van Halen vocalist, and glam metal icon, is in no rush to hit the road as he plays his catalog of hard-rock hits. He’s already one of the busiest rock stars around with projects like Chickenfoot and the Circle and the launch of his brand new Beach Bar rum that he created alongside longtime friend Rick Springfield. In fact, these spirits are making their debut as Sammy Hagar and The Circle head to Texas this December.
“We chose cool, smaller venues on this tour so we could throw a party like we do in Cabo,” Hagar told Blabbermouth. “It’s about the whole experience, fans can sample my new Beach Bar Cocktail Co. sparkling rum cocktails, along with some Santo Tequila and Beach Bar Rum, while listening to THE CIRCLE jam. We’ll be back next summer with the big rock shows; this is a party we’re throwing just for Texas.”
Those in other states can get excited, too, as Hagar has confirmed that new shows will eventually be held across the country! Hagar’s five-decade career has been nonstop chaos in the best way. His stints in bands like Montrose and Van Halen, the latter of which earned him a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, have earned him a reputation as a musical mastermind.
These days, he’s joined many of his former Van Halen bandmates to form the supergroup, The Circle, which has been performing nonstop since 2014. While Hagar is slowing things down a bit in 2021, next year is destined to mark a post-pandemic comeback tour that you don’t want to miss. Stay tuned for tour announcements and future dates!
