This Wild Life 2023 Tour Announcement – Tour Story Tour Schedule
This Wild Life is hitting the road on their “Tour Story!” Fresh off the release of their seventh album, Never Fade, the acoustic rock duo will begin on November 1st in Phoenix, AZ. They’ll continue for a little over a month before wrapping up on December 9th in San Antonio, TX.
In such an overwhelming and fast-paced world, This Wild Life’s catalog of acoustic numbers has helped us calm down and reflect for years now. They provided a soothing relief from the pop-punk realness when joining Yellowcard on their “Ocean Avenue 20th Anniversary Tour” earlier this year! And now, the duo will continue to do so alongside headliners Worry Club and Not My Weekend. Never Fade has been a fixture in every acoustic music lover’s playlist since it was released in June, and these slowed-down songs will have you feeling every type of complex emotion.
“‘Never Fade’ is our second independently produced and released album,” says Kevin Jordan of This Wild Life. “We assembled the Emo Avengers for this one with a special guest vocalist on all 8 tracks. No love songs this time around, all heartbreakers.”” Who does the “Emo Avengers” include, besides Jordan and his bandmate, Anthony Del Grosso? Yellowcard‘s Ryan Key, Broadside‘s Oliver Baxxter, and Copeland‘s Aaron Marsh, among many others!
Their voices blend together effortlessly to hit you right in the feels, particularly on lead singles like “No More Waiting” (feat. Brian Burkheiser of I Prevail)and “How’d You Forget Us?” (with Joshua Roberts of Magnolia Park). While some of these bands are known for their rock ragers that form circle pits rather than mellow singalongs, they were more than willing to lend their vocals in the name of emo. And it resulted in one of the best collaborative albums of 2023. This Wild Life holds nothing back with these reflective lyrics and morbid tales about the pitfalls of romance.
Believe us, you’ll feel it even further when you’re in the room with Kevin Jordan and Anthony Del Grosso! This Wild Life has put on serene but surreal shows since for over a decade now, and the Long Beach, CA-based duo will be on top of their game this time around. Expect to hear old favorites like “No More Bad Days,” “Hold You Here,” “History,” and “Sleepwalking,” along with all the new tracks you’ll love! Tickets are available now for the following dates.
