Billie Eilish 2022 Tour Announcement – Happier Than Ever Tour Schedule

It’s not just newly-blonde strands and a more mature image that Billie Eilish is unveiling in 2021, but also a 2022 tour schedule that takes the 19-year-old singer across the globe. This world tour is in support of Eilish’s sophomore album, Happier Than Ever, and will kick off February 3, 2022 in New Orleans. The Billie Eilish tour will travel across the United States for roughly two months before the pop star takes a short break, and heads to Europe in June. 

The last Billie Eilish tour took place in a very different time. She began the Where Do We Go? World Tour in March 2020 in support of her 2019 album that launched Eilish into worldwide stardom, only to play three shows before the remainder were canceled due to COVID-19. Fans hoping to experience the charisma, colorful hair, and husky vocals often found at a Billie Eilish concert were left disappointed, but the Gen Z singer has big plans for 2021 and 2022. 

According to a recent interview with Vogue, she spent most of quarantine working on new music with her brother, producer Finneas Eilish. She enjoyed the relaxation and creative freedom of writing without deadlines, and fans will get to see the new Billie Eilish with the July 2021 release of her sophomore album, Happier Than Ever. 

The album cover alone is evidence of Eilish’s growth as an artist, in which she sports newly platinum strands and a 50’s bombshell aesthetic instead of the black-and-green hair that became her trademark pre-2020. Eilish also said in an interview that she’d “grown so much” since the release of her debut album. “I’ve gotten so much better in my voice, it’s crazy to think about,” Eilish told Vogue. “I think change is one of the best gifts in the world.”

As the world begins to change and return to a sense of normalcy, Eilish is excited to unveil her new sound and look. With a release date of July 30, 2021, you don’t need to wait that long before getting to experience new Billie Eilish with two singles available now off of Happier Than Ever — “Lost Cause” and “Your Power.”
