Sebastian Yatra 2022 Tour Announcement – Dharma Tour Schedule
Sebastian Yatra is all set for the Dharma tour in summer 2022, named for his recently-released third album. You can see the Latin pop crooner beginning August 25th in Houston, TX, with 22 dates before the final show on October 9th in Boston, MA.
Dharma was released in January 2022 to great reviews, even debuting at No. 2 on Billboard’s Latin Pop Albums chart. The album features Latin pop and reggaeton beats along with beautiful ballads, all of which Yatra has made his staple, but don’t expect the exact same sound as his 2019 record Fantasia. In fact, the 27-year-old crooner wants listeners to focus less on genres and more on his musical journey.
“It’s fun for me because if you listen to my music and you listen to ‘Dharma,’ I don’t sing any genre. I just sing songs, and I jump around from rhythm to rhythm, genre to genre,” Yatra told NPR. “There’s like a punk rock song that’s very, like, Blink-182 in the album with Aitana from Spain.” The track he’s referring to is “Las Dudas,” while Yatra also dabbles in cumbia (“Amor Pasajero”), vallenato and flamenco (“Dharma”), and traditional pop (“Modo Avión”).

He recently sang “Dos Oruguitas,” which appeared in the hit Disney film Encanto and is nominated for “Best Original Song” at the upcoming 94th Academy Awards. It’s just one more accolade to add to Yatra’s already-impressive list, which includes two Latin American Music Awards and eight Latin Grammy Award nominations, and we have our fingers crossed for this Colombian crooner.
