Your favorite punks are back at it in 2026. Rise Against, that is. Joined by Destroy Boys, they’ll begin on March 3rd in Providence, RI. The Chicago band will stop in Ottawa, ON, Mt. Pleasant, MI, Boise, ID, and more before finishing up on May 14th at Sonic Temple in Columbus, OH.
Rise Against has never been shy about speaking up (or rather, screaming) about what they believe in — no matter how controversial. And their tenth album, Ricochet, is no exception. New songs like “Nod,” “Prizefighter,” and “I Want It All” are the rallying cry we all need in the 2020s…anchored by Tim McIlrath’s gritty vocals and fiery guitar riffs that come in at just the right moments.
“Ricochet is about our collective inter-connectedness,” says McIlrath. “We started with the title track and that being about how we’re all —whether we like it or not —stuck in the same room, so to speak. Everything you do is going to affect somebody; everything you throw will affect the next person. We’re connected to other countries, other economies; we’re connected to undocumented immigrants. We’re connected to every decision our leaders make. It’s all one big ricochet effect. That idea is the backbone of this album.”
