Rise Against 2022 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
A Rise Against tour is happening in summer 2022, and they’ll be joined by The Used and Senses Fail for an alternative rock extravaganza. Join the three bands beginning July 15th in Las Vegas, NV, with shows continuing through August 18th in Detroit, MI.
“We are beyond excited to announce that we will be touring with our longtime friends and partners in crime, Rise Against!” the Used frontman Bert McCracken said in a statement. “Get your tickets now before it’s too late!” Indeed, the bands on this Rise Against tour go way back. They’ve shared the stages at Aftershock Festival, Warped Tour, headlining tours, and more over the past two decades, and now they’re coming together for an alt-rock reunion you need to see.
Rise Against is basically never not touring, and we love them for it. The group embarked on the Nowhere Generation tour in mid-2021, which made headlines when it became a model for performing in a post-pandemic world. They took extra precautions like mostly outdoor venues, regular tests, and a wholly vaccinated crew – coming out with zero cases of COVID-19. They also played festivals like Rebel Rock and Louder than Life and have a few music festivals on the roster for 2022.
The band’s ninth album, Nowhere Generation, was released in June 2021 with excellent reviews. Singles like “Broken Dreams, Inc.,” “The Numbers,” and “Talking to Ourselves” are symbolic of the band’s mission over their two-decade career – which is to shed light on the world’s inequalities through powerful lyrics and punk rock melodies. Critics and fans alike couldn’t get enough, and now they’re sharing more of their influential choruses on the 2022 Rise Against tour.
