Plain White T’s and We The Kings are co-headlining the “Delilah vs. Juliet tour” this fall, serving up an emo extravaganza for the ages. Both groups will begin on October 18th at the When We Were Young Festival, making stops in Roswell, NM, St. Louis, MO, Boston, MA, and more before continuing through November 15th in Orlando, FL.

Any “elder emo” remembers the days when the songs “Hey There Delilah” by Plain White Ts or “Check Yes, Juliet” (the namesakes of this tour) were playing on their MySpace profiles. And this trek will be a nostalgia rush that’s even better than Skullcandy earphones and Monster Energy drinks. Plain White T’s breakout hit was a cultural phenomenon in 2007, with “Hey There Delilah” reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, getting nominated for two Grammy Awards, and serving as the soundtrack to countless breakups in teen rom-coms. As for the We the Kings? They haven’t been slouching, either. The band has shown up on countless tours alongside their pop-punk brothers (hello, Mayday Parade and State Champs). And while they haven’t released a record since 2018’s Six, Travis Clark and Co. have leaned into the nostalgia and ‘Year of Emo’ angle even harder than the Vans Warped Tour in July.
