New Edition 2023 Tour Announcement – Legacy Tour Schedule
New Edition is heading on the “Legacy tour” in 2023, and it’s easy to say they’ll live up to the name! The 80s R&B icons will kick off on March 9th in Columbia, SC, making dozens of stops before concluding on April 30th in Tampa, FL.
They may have just finished the “Culture tour” towards the end of 2022, which marked the first New Edition tour in six years, but the group isn’t even close to finished performing. All six original members — Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Bobby Brown, Ronnie DeVoe, Johnny Gill, and Ralph Tresvant — will be on the road in 2023, along with a few special guests! Keith Sweat, Guy, and Tank will provide support on all 30 dates, creating an R&B extravaganza that transports you back to the 1980s.
New Edition has been performing together on and off since forming in 1978. They reached peak mainstream success in the 80s, with R&B hits like “Candy Girl,” “Mr. Telephone Man,” and “Cool It Now.” Their eight albums have sold over 40 million copies in total, and despite not having released new music since 2004… their catalog of classics will keep the crowd plenty entertained on this New Edition tour. The Culture tour proved that in 2022, as the group sold out one night after another and wowed the crowds with their impressive setlists, and you can watch them do it all again in 2023.
New Edition has helped enhance the R&B genre in every way and served as inspiration for countless artists over the decades, and you don’t want to miss the Legacy tour! Get your tickets to a New Edition concert today.
