Myke Towers has announced the “La Vida Es Una Tour” for the fall of 2023! Supporting his third album of the same name, this trek begins on October 8th in Chicago, IL. He’ll make 21 stops before wrapping up on November 26th in Miami, FL.
The name of this Myke Towers tour translates to “life is one,” which is his musical mantra for the exciting chapter ahead. Fresh off the March 2023 release of his latest record, La Vida Es Una, many people are paying attention to the Latin crooner. With new songs like “MI DROGA,” which Towers performed at this year’s Latin American Music Awards, and “ULALA,” featuring Daddy Yankee, he’s introducing us to a new era. One with genre-bending beats and dance-worthy treats.
The official press release describes Tower’s new album as a “sonic journey through globalized music that includes Alt-pop, afrobeat, and reggae.” And it’s 100% accurate. Don’t get us wrong, as Towers has always experimented with different sounds for a musical amalgamation entirely his own. Remember his collaborations with Bad Bunny on “Estamos Arriba,” plus Jhay Cortez and Quevedo on Pensándote Sin Querer?
They were pragmatic journeys that helped establish Towers as an experimental reggaeton king. However, his new album takes things to a new level. He’s learning to stand independently as a chart-topper in his own right! Because as much as we love his collaborations with other Latin hitmakers like Ozuna, Karol G, and Bad Bunny, the 29-year-old Towers is destined to become even more of a musical megastar than he already is.
The debut Myke Towers album, Easy Money Baby, went 3x platinum, while his sophomore record, Lyke Myke, was certified platinum in 2021.
