Marc Anthony 2021 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
The top-selling tropical salsa artist of all time is returning to the stage in 2021, and you can’t miss the Marc Anthony tour. The Latin superstar will kick off his 23-date trek on August 27th in San Antonio, TX – making stops in New York City, Denver, Las Vegas, and Miami before completing the tour in Los Angeles, CA on December 18th.
“This is what I do. I’ve been touring for 30 years. I don’t know how not to do it,” Marc Anthony told Pollstar in June 2021. “When I was in the middle of doing, say, 100 concerts a year, I realized, not that I took it for granted, but maybe I was a little tired, but it was normal.”
He continued, “So when they tell you that you are going to be off for a year and a half, you look in the mirror and say, ‘Who am I if I’m not on stage?’ It was rough, all the way around; the silence was deafening. I cannot wait when they knock on my door and say ‘Five minutes.’”
Marc Anthony has been touring for over three decades, performing his Latin, pop, and salsa hits as he wows the audience with his soaring vocal range. Even at 52, he’s not ready to slow down, and fans can expect to hear his entire catalog of hits (twelve studio albums!) on the 2021 Marc Anthony tour.
He may even play some new tunes, including his collab with Daddy Yankee, “De Vuelta Pa’ La Vuelta.” Additionally, Anthony performed the song “Home All Summer” for the In the Heights soundtrack, a 2021 film where he also made a quick appearance. After a year-and-a-half away, Marc Anthony is ready to play various songs for fans, old and new!
Speaking of new fans, Marc Anthony has been gaining a younger fan base as a mentor to today’s most prominent Latin artists. He has collaborated with Bad Bunny on the song “Está Rico,” while he also shared the stage with Karol G at the 2020 Latin Grammy Awards. Will any of Anthony’s superstar friends be guest performers on the Marc Anthony tour? Fans will have to see!
