Maluma 2021 Tour Announcement – Papi Juancho Tour Schedule
Maluma’s Papi Juancho world tour kicks off in fall 2021, and it’s been months in the making. The Colombian singer begins performances on September 2nd in Sacramento, CA, and ends his US dates on October 24th in Chicago, IL.
“I couldn’t be more excited to announce my return to the concert stage. It’s what I have been dreaming about for months, and we are going to celebrate together like never before,” Maluma told Billboard in February 2021.
“It’s going to be a celebration! This will be my fourth U.S. tour, and I am planning a brand new show full of surprises for my fans and lots of new music off my last two albums Papi Juancho and 7DJ.”
Planning a fall 2021 tour all the way back in February was certainly a risky move, with minimal COVID-19 vaccines being administered at the time and most artists tentatively planning to return to the stage in 2022. But Maluma is nothing if not ambitious and couldn’t wait to share his pop, reggaeton, and Latin trap hits with fans once again.
Cárdenas Marketing Network, who also helped launch the Banda MS tour, told Billboard that they gave the touring industry a “much-needed infusion.” They chose to refrain from postponing any more tours due to the pandemic, instead opting to practice top-tier safety measures to keep fans, crew, and artists safe.
