Lady A 2021 Tour Schedule – What A Song Can Do Tour Coverage
Country trio Lady A is continuing their What a Song Can Do tour throughout the fall, and there’s still time to get tickets! The group will make stops in Tuscaloosa, AL, West Palm Beach, FL, Irvine, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, and more before wrapping up in Gilford, NH on October 10th.
“This tour is really going to be about letting our fans know how much they mean to us and what music has done for all of us over the last year…which is the essence of the tour name,” Lady A said in a statement. “We started writing a song called ‘What a Song Can Do’ and it turned into a love letter to our fans.”
That song then became Lady A’s ninth album, What a Song Can Do (Chapter One), which was released in June 2021 to great reviews. The group – consisting of Hillary Scott, Dave Haywood, and Charles Kelley – has always had a strong sense of what their fans want, and this album is no exception!
It may only have seven songs, but each one delivers Lady A’s heartfelt country-pop blend that made them famous. And if you think these tracks sound beautiful through the radio or your AirPods, just wait until you hear them live!
“We are gonna soak up these moments on stage more than we ever have before. It’s gonna be hard to wipe the smiles off our faces and I’m sure the tears off of Hillary’s,” Kelley told Rolling Stone. “We were lucky enough to still release new music this past year but there are songs like ‘Champagne Night’ and ‘What If I Never Get Over You’ that we haven’t been able to play live much so we know those will make for some really special moments.”
Special moments between Lady A and their fans will be plentiful throughout 2021, and they’re much-needed after the band’s break from the stage in 2020. There will be nostalgia and maybe even a few tears through the classic hits, like “Just a Kiss” and “Need You Now,” along with newer tracks that serve as a love letter to longtime supporters.
