Kali Uchis 2023 Tour Announcement – Red Moon in Venus Tour Schedule
Kali Uchis has announced a brand-new album and headlining tour for spring 2023, taking the R&B and reggaeton singer to all the top US cities. She’ll kick off on April 25th in Austin, TX, making stops in Orlando, FL, Boston, MA, Seattle, WA, and more before concluding on May 30th in Phoenix, AZ.
Uchis is set to release her third album, Red Moon in Venus, in March, which she describes as “a timeless, burning expression of desire, heartbreak, faith, and honesty, reflecting the divine femininity of the moon and Venus.” Fans already love the singles they’ve heard so far, including “I Wish You Roses,” but with a description like that, you know the rest of the album will be straight fire! It includes guest appearances from Don Toliver, Summer Walker, and Omar Apollo, and sees the 28-year-old artist in an entirely new state of mind since her last record.
Don’t get us wrong, 2020’s Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios) was a major hit, peaking at No. 52 on the Billboard 200 and earning Uchis her first-ever Grammy nomination. However, she recorded the album in isolation during quarantine and was unable to give songs like “Aquí Yo Mando” and “Telepatía” (a TikTok favorite!) a proper performance That all changes with her new Kali Uchis tour and album, which shows the singer performing a blend of new and old hits.
The rising reggaeton star has accomplished incredible things in a very short time, working with some of the genre’s biggest hitmakers while establishing her own artistry. Love, femininity, desire, and faith are all themes that she hopes to put on full display on this Kali Uchis tour, coming out of the darkness of the pandemic with a new outlook on life.
