Guster 2022 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Guster is embarking on a fall 2022 tour, taking the alternative rock group to dozens of US cities. They’ll begin these Guster concerts on October 12th in Columbus, OH, and make stops in Saint Paul, MN, Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, and more before concluding on November 19th in Detroit, MI.
“We are still riding high from On The Ocean weekend in Maine, so we thought we’d drop a whole slew of fall tour dates from way up on this cloud,” the band wrote on the Guster Instagram. “The Road to Carnegie,” as we’re calling it, is a November tour that begins out west and ends with our first ever headlining show at Carnegie Hall in New York City,” they continued. “Along the way, we’ll visit fun places (St Louis!), new places (Flagstaff!), and places that have been waiting patiently for our rescheduled return since 2020 (Detroit!).”
Trust us when we tell you that longtime fans are just as excited for Guster to come to their city. The band has long been known to maintain a close relationship with their supporters — still signing autographs and taking photos post-show after three decades! Some travel from different states to catch a Guster concert in action, as it’s a one-of-a-kind experience for the indie alternative rock band. As for the setlist on this Guster tour? It includes the band’s classic songs like “Dear Valentine,” “Come Downstairs and Say Hello,” and “Satellite,” plus newer hits from the 2010s.
Their eighth album, Look Alive, was released nearly four years ago… and fans definitely have questions about when Guster will debut new music. The usually-open band has kept a bit tight-lipped on this subject, but we wouldn’t put it past them to perform a few new tracks on the Guster tour.
