Chloe Moriondo 2022 Tour Announcement – Suckerpunch Tour Schedule
Chloe Moriondo is heading on tour to support her upcoming fourth album, Suckerpunch! The YouTuber and musician will kick off these dates on October 12th in Columbus, OH, and make more than 20 stops before concluding on November 19th in Detroit, MI.
“‘Fruity’ and this album, in general, are going to be a slap in the f***ing face!” Moriondo said in a statement, referencing her new single off Suckerpunch. “I liked the idea of naming the album for something that means an unexpected hit—something you never saw coming. It means the world to me to have the creative means to explore different shiny sounds and work with people I love so dearly on a project that is so new and exciting for me.”
Looking at the tracklist off Moriondo’s album, it’s clear that there were no limits regarding her artistic direction. Song titles like “Plastic Purse,” “Popstar,” “Celebrity,” and “Hearteyes” remind you that she’s an indie bedroom pop artist at heart. However, darker ones like “Hell Hounds,” “Diet Heartbreak,” “Cry,” and “Hotel for Clowns” are in another realm. Moriondo reached high success at only 19 years old, both from her music and her three million subscribers on YouTube. While she’s incredibly grateful for the journey, she also won’t hold back on both the positive and negative aspects of fame on Suckerpunch.
Moriondo has been working hard both in the studio and behind the screen. She continues to regularly release YouTube videos for her millions of fans, while it was only around fifteen months ago that she put out her last album, Blood Bunny. Singles like “Manta Rays” and “I Want to Be With You” were well-received by fans, but Suckerpunch signals a new era for the Gen Z singer.
