Garbage and Noel Gallagher’s High-Flying Birds 2023 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Get ready to party with Garbage and Noel Gallagher’s High-Flying Birds! The two rock bands are set for a co-headlining tour in summer 2023, beginning June 2nd in Auburn, WA, and making 25 stops before concluding on July 15th in Boston, MA.
Despite being from other sides of the pond, with Garbage hailing from Wisconsin and Noel Gallagher from England, along with different points on the musical spectrum… the two artists have more in common than you think. Both ruled the 1990s with their distinctive styles of alternative rock, and they can’t wait to share their respective comeback albums with big crowds!
What have both iconic rock bands been up to? Garbage recently wrapped up opening for Tears For Fears and continues to support their seventh and latest album, 2021’s No Gods No Masters. Meanwhile, Noel Gallagher’s High-Flying Birds are set to release their fourth record, Council Skies, in June 2023…which also marks the first in nearly six years! Why do you simply need tickets for this tour featuring two legendary artists? it’s time for a musical history lesson….
Garbage Band was formed in 1993 and quickly rose to fame with hits like “Only Happy When It Rains” and “Stupid Girl.” With Manson’s insane vocal range, stage presence, and female empowerment, plus the band’s ability to blend pop music with electronic rock, trip-hop, post-grunge, and everything in between, there was nobody on the scene quite like Garbage. And they’ve managed to leverage this individuality into 17 million albums sold, six Grammy nominations, and so much more!
And then there’s Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds Band, which was formed in 2010. However, you may recognize Gallagher’s name from his stint in another iconic 90s rock band, Oasis! He served as songwriter, guitarist, and co-lead vocalist in the group for over a decade alongside his brother Liam. However, he wasted no time forming another project when Oasis split in 2009. He’s been focusing on High-Flying Birds ever since, spitting out alternative rock and Britpop hits, including “In The Heat Of The Moment,” “Dead In The Water,” and “Ballad Of The Mighty I.”
Essentially, both groups have had a lasting impact on the music world that’s continued throughout the decades. Garbage and Noel Gallagher’s High-Flying Birds are both in their prime, so why wait to get tickets for these two 90s music legends? Check below to see if they’re coming to your city!
