Firefly Music Festival is happening this fall in Dover, DE, featuring your favorite artists across all genres. The four-day event takes place on September 22nd-25th and features headliners Halsey, My Chemical Romance, Green Day, and Dua Lipa.

Firefly Music Festival is a beautiful blend of modern pop and alternative rock, with certain days making you feel like you’re at the Warped Tour and others giving off iHeartRadio Jingle Ball vibes. “Fashion at Firefly is often festive,” Delaware Online wrote about the 2021 festival, which featured Billie Eilish, Lizzo, The Killers, and Tame Impala. “Part of it is rooted in folk’s desire to look cool. But at the heart of it, Firefly fashion has more to do with folks wanting to feel free enough to wear whatever they want, without the fear of feeling like they’ll be convicted in a court of public opinion.”

This accepting nature is also displayed with the activities between sets at Firefly Music Festival, including a roller rink, silent disco, and Pride Parade. Fans can sway along to hit songs as they enjoy the towering trees and surrounding fireflies (hence the name) from the woodland setting.
