Everclear 2022 Tour Announcement – 30th Anniversary Tour Schedule
Everclear is soon embarking on their 30th Anniversary Tour, and we can’t wait to celebrate the beloved alt-rock band. They’ll kick off the trek on June 9 in Emmett, ID, making stops in Denver, CO, Memphis, TN, Virginia Beach, VA, and more before wrapping on September 3th in Hampton, NV.
“Three decades as a band is quite the reason for celebration,” Everclear vocalist and founder Art Alexakis told American Songwriter. “I’m almost 60 years old. I’ve got MS. I’ve been through the wringer, but I’m still here. The music’s still here. Everclear is still here. Everclear is my band; it always has been.” He says, “Its faces have changed, but the music stays the same. We’ve got a great band now, we’re tight as hell, we all love and respect each other, and we just go out and put on the best show we can every night.”
Putting on the best show is something that Everclear has done for three decades, and they show no signs of stopping now. In addition to the anniversary tour, they’re also releasing their 1993 debut album, World of Noise, on streaming platforms for the very first time! And you won’t just be hearing these classic tracks through your AirPods but also onstage at the Everclear tour. Alexakis has confirmed that the album will be a part of the setlist, as he celebrates three decades of alt-rock and grunge with fans old and new.
“We’re gonna do a couple of songs off World of Noise for sure, and maybe even some hidden gems from back in the day that were B-sides,” the singer continued. “And, of course, we’ll still play all the hits and fan favorites.
