Casting Crowns 2022 Tour Announcement – Healer Tour Schedule
Casting Crowns has announced the Healer tour for spring 2022, celebrating the release of their ninth album of the same name. The Christian rock band will kick off their trek on February 17th in Baltimore, MD, with shows continuing through April 2nd in Corbin, KY.
Healer marks an exciting chapter for Casting Crowns as they leave behind the pain of the last few years and share new music with their fans. It’s through healing, faith, and friendships that Casting Crowns has continued to move forward, and the seven-piece group can’t wait to begin a new chapter of healing.
“I was walking through the world being shut down, just like everybody else,” lead singer Mark Hall said in a statement. “I’ve been a youth pastor for over 20 years, and here I was counseling teenagers who’d just lost their senior year, lost their friend groups, felt hopeless for the future.”
“As I started working on this record, I realized all the songs I was writing dealt with healing in some way, something we all need,” he continued. “And more than that, we need a healer. This whole album is about healing, about how God meets us where we are, and what his healing looks like.”
Using faith as their guide and music as their vehicle, the seven members of Casting Crowns have created one of their best albums yet. The Grammy-winning group will certainly win your heart with tracks like “Desert Road” and “Crazy People,” which will truly resonate with the crowd when played live on the Healer tour. They’re taking a break from their jobs as parents and youth pastors to share their healing journey through the power of music, and it’s something that longtime fans won’t want to miss.
