Bleachers 2021 Tour Schedule – Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night
Bleachers, also known as Jack Antonoff, brings a bit of bouncy indie-pop to your fall concert schedule! The Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night tour is scheduled to kick off on September 12th in New York, NY, and continues for 31 dates before ending on November 7th in Toronto, ON.
“We do not mess around live, and there has not been a stage that we haven’t given every ounce of what we are….we are coming home,” Bleachers wrote on Instagram in May upon announcing tour dates. “We can’t wait to see our people. Old and new. we love you and are counting the days until we are together.”
What do fans have to look forward to on this Bleachers tour? Antonoff’s incredible artistry and a few new tracks from the brand-new Bleachers album, Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night.
Released in July 2021, the group’s third album contains indie-pop gems and A-list guest stars. “Chinatown” features guest vocals from “The Boss,” Bruce Springsteen, while “Secret Life” is backed by Lana Del Rey. Of course, Antonoff himself has a name almost as famous as these two – with stints in bands like Fun and Steel Train and producer credits with Taylor Swift, Lorde, St. Vincent, and many more.

“The Top 40 super-producer dreams and strives and displays some serious Springsteen worship as he reaches for his unique vision of pop grandeur.” This is just a small snippet from Rolling Stone’s review of Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night, but it’s mind-blowingly accurate.
Antonoff is a musical prodigy that reaches for the stars (or shall we say pop stars) on every project he partakes in, and this latest album is no exception. It’s the ideal blend of breezy indie pop-rock hits to put you in a good mood, especially after a long year without live music, and a Bleachers concert is a must-see event for any pop fan.
