Bayside 2023 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Bayside is touring with I Am the Avalanche and Koyo in 2023! Catch the emo and pop-punk band beginning February 10th in Houston, TX, with stops in Mesa, AZ, Denver, CO, New York, NY, and more before concluding on March 12th in Jersey City, NJ.
“We wanted to go out and do some places that are a little smaller than what we’ve been doing the last few years,” Bayside said in a statement, “We really cut our teeth in a lot of these venues, and we can’t wait to get back to some of them for the first time in ages.” Indeed, there has been no shortage of Bayside concerts in 2022, most of them on major stages. The New York City-based group went on tour with Thrice this past summer and, most recently, wrapped up a set at the When We Were Young Festival in front of nearly 80,000 fans. It’s been a lot of fun for the pop-punk band, but they can’t wait to return to their roots…and now is your chance to see Bayside in a much more intimidating setting.
Anthony Raneri and his bandmates just released an all-new project called The Red EP, featuring three new songs that most fans will hear for the first time on tour. Between “Strangest Faces,” “Good Advice,” and “Just Like Home,” it’s definitely the Bayside you know and love, with subtle changes that can only be expected after the past few years. It’s been a while since they released their last full-length album, 2019’s Interrobang, and a lot has happened… so they’re not holding back on their already-relatable lyrics and adding depth to their catchy choruses.
Is a new full-length album in the works? It’s hard to say. Bayside has focused more on touring and making up for a lost time after quarantine, but we all know that they would hardly be the first group to record an album while staying inside! Only time, and a few Bayside concerts, will tell if they plan to debut a few new songs, which is all the more reason to head to these intimate shows. Get your tickets to the Bayside tour today!
