Alice Cooper 2021 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Alice Cooper has just begun his fall tour with KISS’s Ace Frehley, and you can’t miss the chance to see “The Godfather of Shock Rock.” The trek started on September 17th in Atlantic City, NJ, and will continue through October 23rd in Atlanta, GA.
“We’ve always had fun touring together and it should be a heavy rock show with Ace and a great way to get everyone back to live concerts again,” Cooper said in a statement regarding his collaboration with Frehley. “It should be a great night of virtuoso guitars!”
Frehley seconded this motion with his own statement. “I’ve known Alice for over 30 years. We’re good friends, and we’ve toured together numerous times and always had a blast,” says the KISS co-founder and on-and-off guitarist. “Our musical roots are very similar, and the combination of our two bands make for a great event that nobody is gonna want to miss.”
We couldn’t agree more with Frehley, as this Alice Cooper tour is a mashup of glam metal icons that is destined to become one of the biggest rock tours of 2021. Face paint, strobe lights, and lots of macabre decorations are guaranteed, along with hard-rock hits from the 73-year-old shock rocker’s fifty-year career.
Cooper (real name: Vincent Damon Furnier) is currently celebrating the 2021 release of his twenty-eighth studio album, Detroit Stories. It features his trademark shock rock, situated over nostalgic stories about his upbringing in Detroit, MI – from the hard rock scene to the theatricality that became a part of Cooper’s brand.
Detroit Stories debuted at no. 1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart, his first in the 29-year history of the chart. New songs like “East Side Story,” “Detroit City 2021,” and “Go Man Go” will certainly be played on this Alice Cooper tour, along with classic glam rock hits from the singer’s half-century career.
Even after fifty years and almost thirty albums, Cooper brings as much energy and shock rock vibes to the stage as he did decades ago. The 73-year-old will enter the stage with heavy makeup and heavy metal hits… which are only amplified when the crowd goes wild. Check the tour schedule below and get your Alice Cooper tickets today!
