The Eagles Hotel California Tour Schedule – 2021 Tour Announcement

The Eagles are taking Hotel California to the East Coast, with the rock band playing their 1976 album in its entirety across nine cities. These Eagles concerts begin with a two-night event at Madison Square Garden in New York City on August 22nd and 24th, before making their way to Boston and Washington D.C. The Hotel California tour then travels to Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, and Saint Paul before heading back to California for shows in Los Angeles and San Francisco. 

Hotel California has been a hit album since its release over forty years ago, an ode to the Eagle’s Los Angeles roots that tackles all types of themes. These include “loss of innocence, the cost of naiveté, the perils of fame, of excess; exploration of the dark underbelly of the American dream, idealism realized and idealism thwarted, illusion versus reality,” drummer Don Henley told Rolling Stone in 2016. 

The title track of Hotel California has served as the backdrop for many television shows and cover band nights, a small symbol of the Eagles’ influence on pop culture. Known as one of the greatest rock bands of all time, their fans have shown loyalty throughout the decades… even through multiple hiatuses and the tragic death of founding member Glenn Frey in 2016. 

Frey’s son Deacon has toured with the surviving Eagles ever since, and the Hotel California tour is going to be one to remember. Each concert lasts roughly three hours – featuring Hotel California in its entirety, one “greatest hits” session, and one encore that will definitely leave the audience feeling emotional.
