Where to See Metallica in Concert 2021
Get your Metallica T-shirts and hand horns ready, as the legendary heavy metal band has a series of festival appearances and two exclusive concerts coming up in 2021. They’ve recently announced a two-night event in San Francisco, CA, on December 17th and 19th, with tickets available only to fan club members who have watched them celebrate 40 years of metal.
“As hard as it is to believe, the band will be turning the big 4 – 0 this October. It’s a wild thing to wrap our heads around… it feels like just yesterday that we were hitting the stage playing our first show at Radio City in Anaheim, CA, in the spring of 1982!” the band wrote in a statement.
“So many things have happened since Lars [Ulrich] and James [Hetfield] got together in the fall of ’81,” they continued. “Almost 2,000 live shows across seven continents, mind-blowing successes, and crazy off-road adventures. It’s been a nutty ride, and even though most of the time it feels like we’re just getting started, we’re excited to celebrate the past four decades with you.”
While Metallica will also be playing Louder Than Life, Aftershock, and ATLive 2021… the mystery surrounding these two shows at the Chase Center in San Francisco has fans talking. Tickets are only available to Fifth Members, or those in Metallica’s fan club, and there will be a lengthy process to secure your seats.
