When We Were Young 2023 Lineup and Ticket Schedule
When We Were Young has announced its 2023 lineup, and let’s just say that elder millennials everywhere are losing their minds! The second annual rock festival will be a pop-punk fest of epic proportions — featuring Green Day, Blink 182, All Time Low, 5 Seconds of Summer, Good Charlotte, Sum 41, and dozens more on the roster. Head to the rock show (as Blink 182 would say) on October 21, 22, 23, and 29, 2023, with the festival taking place all these days in Las Vegas, NV.
This will be the second installment of When We Were Young, with the first taking place in 2022 and hosting a more emo-inspired lineup. Former Warped tour attendees swayed along to their favorite mid-2000s hits from My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Bring Me the Horizon, and so much more, and it’s safe to say the 2023 installment will be even more epic. Blink 182’s original lineup has returned from the dead to the festival stage, while Green Day will be playing their best hits from five different decades. Nearly all the other bands on the lineup have been inspired by these two at some point, and will be equally honored and geeked out to share the stage with the godfathers of pop-punk.
While the inaugural When We Were Young was an emo extravaganza complete with endless 90s kids and all the Warped Tour (RIP) vibes you could want, 2023 appeals to all age groups. Especially 80s kids, who have made plenty of memes plenty about it on social media. In addition to the headliners, you’ll also see pop-punk heroes like Simple Plan, Bowling For Soup, and Yellowcard, with a little punk from the likes of The Offspring and Pierce the Veil. Who doesn’t want to sing along to Simple Plan’s iconic hit “I’m Just a Kid” with a beer in hand, before remembering that they’re actually 36 years old?
