Want a folk-filled night with a festive twist? The Christmas Jam by Warren Haynes is returning on December 9th! Happening in Asheville, NC, this mini-music festival will be a delight for all types of country, rock, blues, and folk fans.
On the Christmas Jam roster is Slash & Myles Kennedy, Billy F. Gibbons, Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening, Haynes’ own band Gov’t Mule, and many more. They’re coming together for a night of sweet, sweet Southern rock guaranteed to light up the holiday season. And you’ll get in the spirit with every last twang-filled chorus and fiddle break! What started as an impromptu jam session with Haynes and his friends back in the 1980s has turned into a holiday spectacle for the soul, and you simply need to see and hear it.

Each year (minus a few due to the pandemic), dozens of Haynes’ friends descend upon Asheville for a merry musical extravaganza unlike any other. Warren Haynes himself obviously participates, serving up the best songs from his illustrious four-decade career. And with Gov’t Mule on the Christmas Jam lineup this year, we’re expecting a stacked setlist complete with favorites like “Bad Little Doggie” and “Banks of the Deep End.” He may even have a friend or two join him onstage for guest vocals, and vice versa, and is there any greater Christmas present for a folk music fan?
