Suicide Boys 2022 Tour Announcement – Grey Days Tour Schedule
Suicide Boys are celebrating their upcoming third album, Sing Me A Lullaby, My Sweet Temptation, with 41 US shows! The hip-hop duo will kick off the “Grey Days tour” on August 2nd in Chicago, IL, with visits to Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, Detroit, MI, and more before wrapping up November 1st in Morrison, CO.
“THE WORLD IS GOING TO SH** BUT AT LEAST GREY DAY [TOUR] STARTS IN AUGUST,” Suicide Boys bluntly wrote on Instagram. The fan comments expressed their excitement about the upcoming trek, agreeing that the group’s music and exciting stage show is the best escape from reality. Suicide Boys, composed of Scrim and Ruby Da Cherry, are a new breed of rap-rock, combining hip-pop, punk-rap, horrorcore, and trap metal. Look at their lineup of supporting acts, including hip-hop heroes like Maxo Kream and Ski Mask the Slump God on select dates, plus hard rock groups Code Orange and Knocked Loose on others.
Suicide Boys are a bit of a big deal, going from Soundcloud rappers to TikTok sensations to global names within just a few years. In fact, Stereogum said it best in their 2021 Suicide Boys concert review.” I knew that the scabby New Orleans SoundCloud-rap pioneers $uicideboy$ were a big deal, but I did not realize how big they were until I saw thousands of people rapping along with their drugs-and-depression lyrics word-for-word,” the publication said.
“My experience at last year’s Grey Day tour was an eye-opening one,” they continued. “$uicideboy$ have truly built an audience for what they do, and their umbrella is big enough to include a few different forms of intense underground music.” They’re less “underground” these days and more “everywhere,” but Suicide Boys will never forget their roots. Their upcoming record is a mix of classic and contemporary sounds that will leave fans wanting more.
The group is still showing their controversial side, from their band name to their lyrics about mental health, and the new singles are absolute bangers. Recent singles like “Escape From Babylon” and “The_EVIL_THAT_MEN_DO” are absolute bangers and have a controversial side in true Suicide Boys fashion. They’ve drawn criticism for everything from their band name to their song’s subject matter about mental health and social issues but simply put… they don’t care. The hip-hop duo has always been unapologetically themselves, and you’ll see it firsthand on the new Suicide Boys tour and album. Get your tickets today!
