Regina Spektor 2022 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
A new Regina Spektor tour is coming your way, taking the songstress to 11 US cities. She’ll kick off the trek on July 5th in Sandy, UT, and wrap up her dates that month on the 26th in Florence, MA. She’ll take a few months off before returning in the fall, playing October 9th in Chicago, IL, through the 28th in Los Angeles, CA.
This Regina Spektor tour supports her eighth album, Home, Before and After, set for release on June 24th. She’s already released the lead single, “Loveology,” which is reminiscent of the anti-folk singer’s early years and feels like home (as the album title suggests) to the singer. “With ‘Loveology,’ I wrote it and then played it once or twice live,” Spektor says. “Sometimes I’ll have a song that I’m really glad exists, but I can’t record it because every time I try, it just doesn’t feel right coming out of my mouth.” “But for whatever reason, both ‘Loveology’ and ‘Raindrops’ felt so right this time,” she continued,” and I’m so glad I was finally able to put them on a record.”
With the release of “Loveology,” plus other new songs, like “Becoming All Alone” and “Up the Mountain,” Spektor is ready to enter another era. This is her first new album since 2016’s Remember Us to Life, and she’s taking on the world’s struggles in her signature indie-pop sound. The Grammy-nominated singer has soothed us with her delicate voice and dreamy lyrics since the late 1990s, and we can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeve on this Regina Spektor tour.
