Pitbull 2022 Tour Announcement – Can’t Stop Us Now Tour Schedule
Pitbull has announced the Can’t Stop Us Now tour with Iggy Azalea and Sean Paul, and it’s going to be a massive trek for the multiplatinum singer. You can catch “Mr. Worldwide” beginning July 28th in Raleigh, NC, with over 50 shows before wrapping up on October 19th in Hollywood, FL.
There’s a valid reason you’re getting déjà vu about this Pitbull tour. Born Armando Christian Pérez, the singer headed out on his “I Feel Good” roughly one year ago on his first post-pandemic trek. He even shared the stage with longtime friend and upcoming supporting act, Iggy Azalea! The 2021 Pitbull tour was a massive success, bringing in thousands of fans and grossing nearly $20 million, and now the Cuban rapper is coming back for more.
Of course, the 2021 Pitbull tour wasn’t as much about money as it was unity. Pérez wanted to bring fans back together after the sorrows of 2020, experiencing his iconic brand of Latin hip-hop in the country’s biggest venues.
“Everything that happened in 2020 is something I think is a tremendous lesson and story for the whole world,” Pitbull told Billboard. “That they should appreciate life and now I can share that with the public.” He also spoke about mixing his racing endeavors with his music, as last year he became the co-owner of the NASCAR Trackhouse Racing Team.
“Everyone here is a human being,” Pitbull said. “And if I can use a car, NASCAR, the races and music to do that, to unite people, that is an honor, a tremendous opportunity and a tremendous platform to be able to do that.” We can’t wait to “vroom” our way to the nearest concert on the 2022 Pitbull tour, which may even debut a few new songs!
While there’s no release date yet for Pitbull’s twelfth album, he’s revealed that it’s titled Timeless and is just around the corner. It’s a different world we live in now since he released 2019’s Libertad 548, and we’re confident that the rapper will acknowledge the pain of the pandemic while delivering his iconic brand of Latin hip-hop. Who else can’t wait to hear hits like “Dame Tu Cosita,” “Timber,” “Gasolina,” and “Give Me Everything” mixed in with a few new tunes?
The Can’t Stop Us Now tour will be one of the biggest treks of summer 2022, and we can’t wait to see Pitbull and Iggy Azalea in action. Check the following dates and get your tickets now!
