Pearl Jam 2023 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Pearl Jam is touring in the fall of 2023! Joined by Inhaler, the grunge heroes will begin on August 31st in St. Paul, MN, performing multi-show events in Chicago, IL, and Fort Worth, TX, plus one night in Indianapolis, IN. They’ll wrap up on September 19th in Austin, TX.
This Pearl Jam tour is in support of its eleventh and most recent album, 2020’s Gigaton, as they’re finally able to celebrate the record in the way it deserves. After years of tour postponements and worse, how excited are you to hear new songs like “Dance of the Clairvoyants,” “Superblood Wolfmoon,” and “Retrograde” live? Sure, they got to head out and play some Pearl Jam concerts in 2022, but this time will be different. Eddie Vedder and co. are all in and showing love to their old and new fans in a post-pandemic touring world. And we can’t wait to see what they have planned.
Amid Pearl Jam’s 30th anniversary in 2020, guitarist Stone Gossard praised the “amazing shows” that they’ve made their specialty and expanded on how the Seattle legends have made it work this long. “It goes back to our relationships and our history,” he said in a statement. “Sometimes you don’t see eye to eye, but we’re better and better at checking that and realizing that our connection and love for each other is what makes it special. People feel it, and we feel it. It’s not the tricks or the lights or any of that stuff. It’s the songs and the fans’ connection to those songs. It’s so fun to keep feeling that, and we realize how blessed we are.”
