Muse 2022 Tour Announcement – Will of the People Tour Schedule
Muse is making a comeback just in time to release their ninth album, Will of the People, in August 2022. The English alternative rock band will play four incredibly intimate shows, beginning October 4th in Los Angeles, CA, and making stops in Chicago, IL, and Toronto, ON, before completing the trek on the 16th in New York, NY.
The band has teased new music for a while, releasing singles like “Won’t Stand Down,” “Compliance,” and the titular track. The last song even got its own music video, featuring the interstellar vibe you’re used to from Muse as Matt Bellamy, and his bandmates prepare for a galactic war. Now that the band has finished some smaller shows on other continents, they’re ready to bring out-of-this-world Muse concerts to the US. And you won’t be disappointed by these alternative and space rock riffs.
Loudwire called “Will of the People, “easily the catchiest track fans have heard so far, with a Marilyn Manson “Beautiful People” / The Timelords “Doctorin’ Tardis” shuffle with a vocal delivery in the vein of Eddie Cochran’s “Summertime Blues.” It’s a grand but deserved statement, and it’s just the beginning of the revolutionary rock that you’ll hear on this Muse tour.
New songs aside, who else can’t wait to hear the classics at these Muse concerts? These include “Supermassive Black Hole” and “Knights of Cydonia,” both chart-topping hits off their 2006 album, Black Holes and Revelations. And then there’s “Thought Contagion,” “Something Human,” and “The 2nd Law: Isolated System” from the 2010s, taking listeners on an extraterrestrial journey with Bellamy’s iconic falsetto. His tenor voice sounds even better from the stage, especially in the intimate venues hosting these Muse concerts.
For a Grammy-winning band that’s sold 30 million records worldwide, the first thing you’ll notice about this Muse tour is just how intimate the venues are. They’re swapping out the Hollywood Bowl for The Wiltern, a location with a 1,850-person capacity while allowing less than 3,000 fans into the Beacon Theatre for their New York City show. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for longtime fans, reminding you that you simply can’t miss this Muse tour. Get your tickets now for Muse concerts in your favorite city!
