Maroon 5 2024 Las Vegas- M5LV Residency Schedule
Maroon 5 is the latest group of hitmakers to announce a Las Vegas residency! The beloved pop-rock sextet will begin the “M5LV” event on May 17th, 2024, at the Dolby Live at Park MGM Theater, continuing through October 12th.
In their early review of the “M5LV Residency,” Billboard praised this Maroon 5 concert for its versatility and good vibes that inundated up the entire 5,200 seat theater. Calling it “a nonstop string of songs that anyone who has listened to pop radio in the last 20 years would instantly recognize,” the publication concluded by saying that it “made for the perfect communal Vegas dance party in the crowd.” And a truer statement has hardly been spoken about Adam Levine and his bandmates.
Maroon 5 has owned the mainstream music landscape for over two decades now, with each major hit catchier than the last. Should we begin in the early 2000s with “This Love” and “She Will Be Loved,” before transitioning to the next decade with “Moves Like Jagger,” “Payphone,” and “Animals?” Sadly, things took a darker turn in recent years with their seventh and latest album, 2021’s Jordi. This record features singles like “Memories,” “Nobody’s Love,” and “Beautiful Mistakes” in honor of Jordan Feldstein, the late Maroon 5 tour manager and brother of Jonah Hill. And after playing these tracks to a sold-out Las Vegas crowd, Levine ensures that they’re fully aware of the deeper meaning behind this breathtaking tribute. “My goal is that every crowd who sees this residency fully understands that that song is about that man right there,” he said in an early show, referring to a photo of Feldstein.
“And that’s what that song [“Memories”] is about for us. But what I think is so beautiful about the song, as it gained popularity over the years, it meant something different, it’s for a different person for everyone who loved the song. So it’s an extremely special song that we can have as a band that we can share with everybody. So we just want to say thank you for sharing it with us. Sometimes it’s not the easiest thing, but it makes it all that much more easy when we share it together.”
