Marc Rebillet 2021 Tour Announcement – Third Dose Tour Schedule
Marc Rebillet has been on the road for his Third Dose tour since early September, and there’s still time to see the improvisational EDM hitmaker! On October 12th in Birmingham, AL, his subsequent performance occurs, while the trek continues through December 31st in Dallas, TX.
Rebillet announced the Third Dose tour in April 2021, stating on Twitter that he had “never been more excited to announce a tour!” The feeling was mutual for Rebillet’s 1.5 million Instagram followers, many of whom showed up to watch him play summer festivals like Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and Firefly.
The fun has continued with Marc Rebillet headlining his concerts, letting the crowd take complete control over the night as he dances and dubs in his boxers. Yes, it’s always been a thing for him.
EDM.com describes Rebillet’s performance style to perfection. “All of his performances are completely improvised. He does not make use of any sort of setlist,” the publication says about Marc Rebillet concerts. “And oftentimes, there is a lot of fan participation in choosing what to sing about next.”
The man dubbed “Loop Daddy” lets his crowd decide which hits they want to hear from his three solo albums and two EPs, or if they’re looking for an entirely made-up song on the spot! His music blends EDM with funk, soul, hip-hop, pop, and everything in between… typically containing humorous elements that are so funny, they make you almost forget that Rebillet is standing on stage half-naked!
The concept of mixing comedy and music is nothing new – with Weird Al Yankovic and Frank Zappa doing it years before Rebillet was born. That being said, the 32-year-old is one-of-a-kind. He even hosted a drive-in tour in 2020 that lifted people’s spirits and encouraged fan interaction amid the pandemic – all while keeping people safe in their cars.
This drive-in tour made headlines for being the first of its kind, selling out all over the country and encouraging other artists to do the same. Rebillet further resonated with people’s pandemic woes with the catchy single, “Vaccinated Attitude,” featuring cheeky lyrics and catchy beats in true Marc Rebillet fashion.
