Jimmy Buffett has extended his Life on the Flip Side tour, taking the singing pirate with the tropical aesthetic to dozens of cities in summer 2022. The next Jimmy Buffett concert takes place July 16th in Burgettstown, PA, and continues through October 15th in Las Vegas, NV.
This Jimmy Buffett tour began last year, picking up right where he left off before the global pandemic shut down live music. The 75-year-old has embarked on a major trek nearly every summer since the 1960s, making the time off a bit foreign to Buffett. In true Jimmy Buffett fashion, he even compared this global crisis to a storm at sea when he spoke to Billboard in May 2021. “It’s like you’re getting on a boat: If there’s a storm, you can’t go back to the hotel and order Eggs Benedict,” he said. “You gotta get your a– through the storm. So that’s what it was kinda like.”
He definitely got through the storm and came out on the other side with one of the best Jimmy Buffett tours in years.
