Jim Brickman 2022 Tour Announcement – Greatest Hits Live Tour Schedule

Multiplatinum pianist Jim Brickman is taking his show on the road, and it’s a great time to see the “Greatest Hits Live tour.” He’ll kick off the trek on October 6th in Chicago, IL, and visit 16 cities before the last show on October 23rd in Oxford, AL.

Brickman continues to support his latest album, 2020’s 25th Anniversary: Greatest Hits. As the title suggests, it’s a great roundup of his instrumental hits from over the years, working with artists like Lady A, Johnny Mathis, Donny Osmond, and many more. While Brickman is most commonly known for being behind the scenes, or rather the keys, he’s going front and center on the Greatest Hits Live tour. And you can enjoy a night of calming pop and easy-listening piano hits with the 60-year-old artist.

The legacy of Jim Brickman is undeniable. He’s released more than 50 albums since his 1994 debut, No Words, which have sold millions of copies and earned him two Grammy nominations. While he’s famously known for his work on adult contemporary tracks, like “You” with Jane Krakowski and “After All These Years” with Anne Cochran, he can truly work with any musical style. And Brickman himself believes that his diverse way of producing songs has been a secret to his success.

“When I hear something in my head or when something comes to me on the piano. I trust that there’s a reason it’s coming to me, and it is, for the most part, thematic,” Brickman told American Songwriter in 2020. “I don’t write an abstract way. When I go to do an album, if I know there’s a whole concept, then I approach everything under that banner as opposed to just writing songs and then collecting them and putting them on an album.”

“Once you know the overarching umbrella theme, it’s much easier to write the album because it’s pointing you in the right direction,” he concluded. This approach is indeed working for him so far, as he has dozens of top-charting tracks to play on the upcoming Jim Brickman tour. Get your tickets now for the following dates!
