Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit 2022 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit are ready to perform throughout 2023, announcing a new series of dates across the US. These shows will kick off on January 19th in Orlando, FL, and make 12 stops before wrapping up on February 3rd in Ashland, KY.
After having to postpone several performances earlier this year due to health concerns, Isbell and his backing band have been making appearances at music festivals across the country. We’re talking about the Outlaw Music Festival, ShoalsFest, Mempho Music Festival and more! As much as we love seeing Isbell share the stage with his fellow Southern rock superstars, it’s time for him to embark on his own headlining tour in the new year. The Alabama native is thrilled to hit up his hometown along with other cities like Evansville, IN, Saginaw, MI, Greensboro, NC, and more on the upcoming Jason Isbell tour.
Isbell continues to support his eighth album, Georgia Blue, released last year and featuring thirteen covers by your favorite Georgia artists. A charity album inspired by Joe Biden winning the state in the 2020 presidential election, the record contains guest appearances by Brandi Carlile, John Paul White, Adia Victoria and more. They put their own Americana take on classic Georgia-born hits like “It’s a Man’s Man’s World,” “I’ve Been Loving You Too Long,” and “Midnight Train to Georgia,” which will certainly be crowd-pleasers in every state on this Jason Isbell tour.
Of course, we also can’t forget the countless other Americana classics that will be making an appearance at these shows. The four-time Grammy winner and Country Music Hall of Fame inductee has nearly two decades worth of tracks to make up the setlist, including notable favorites like “Cover Me Up,” “Dress Blues,” “Crowded Table,” “If We Were Vampires” and more. He’s also debuted some new music in the year since his last album, playing guitar alongside Amanda Shires and Maren Morris on the catchy tune, “Empty Cups.” We can’t wait to hear a mix of old and new Americana songs on this Jason Isbell tour, with tickets available now!
