In This Moment and Hollywood Undead are bringing the “Taste of Chaos tour” back after ten years away, and honestly, the name still fits. The two rock heavyweights will begin on September 22 in Charlotte, NC, before hitting cities including Chicago, Houston, Denver, Las Vegas, and Anaheim. I See Stars, Vana, and Melrose Avenue will join the full tour as support.
Just like we saw the Vans Warped Tour return to its rightful place in parking lots last year, Taste of Chaos is now ready to do the same. Only in some of the country’s best venues where we’ll get a taste (pun intended) of nu metal, hip-hop, goth rock and even electronica. Those who remember Taste of Chaos from the early 2000s know that it has a reputation for squeezing in every rock subgenre you can imagine, and they didn’t disappoint with the 2026 lineup.
It’s always a bash when Hollywood Undead hits the stage. Their rap-rock party anthems were the soundtrack to our youth — and you never knew what you were going to get when you put them on shuffle. Some were vulgar-but-vibe-worthy, like “Everywhere I Go,” while others were authoritative and designed to help you overcome trauma, like “Young” and “Whatever It Takes.”
Their newer songs, like those from their last album, 2022’s Hotel Kalifornia, have veered even further into sentimental territory, proving further that the band who knows how to party can also deliver empowering verses. As for their bandmates? Despite both hailing from Los Angeles, In This Moment couldn’t be more different from Hollywood Undead. They’re gothic, glam, and 100% GOAT-ed as one of the best female fronted bands in the metal scene.
Maria Brink and company have built their reputation on theatrical, visually intense performances that feel kinda like a metal show, but also a bit like horror cabaret or a witchy ritual. You’ll definitely leave their set thinking “what the f*** did I just watch” in the best way, as songs like “Blood,””Sick Like Me,” and “Adrenalize” send chills up your spine. They’ve also just released a new single, “Sleeping With the Enemy,” which gives fans a peek into their next chapter after 2023’s Godmode.
Meanwhile, the support lineup makes the tour feel even more stacked. I See Stars remain a key name for fans of electronicore and scene-era metalcore, while Vana and Melrose Avenue add newer energy to the package.
