Edén Muñoz 2023 Tour Announcement – Consejos Gratis Tour Schedule
Take part in a concert-meets-cultural experience with Edén Muñoz! The Regional Mexican singer is continuing his “Consejos Gratis Tour” in support of his latest album. He’ll next perform on September 22nd in San Antonio, TX, making eight stops before concluding on November 11th in Dallas, TX.
“It’s a well-done tour, well structured, beautiful, where people enjoy themselves and in the end live an experience because that is what it is all about,” Muñoz told Billboard about his latest trek. And so far, he’s more than lived up to the hype! From his signature fedora to his flawless high notes, Edén Muñoz is a sight to behold on every night of the Consejos Gratis tour. And believe it or not, he’s just getting started.
“Consejos Gratis” translates to “free advice,” and Muñoz serves up plenty of it on the album of the same name. We already knew that the 32-year-old singer was insanely talented, based on his 12 years with the band Calibre 50 (he left in 2022 to go solo) and songwriting credits for artists like Banda MS, Pepe Aguilar, and more. But he’s truly outdone himself with new songs like “Me Rendi,” “Mientes Tan Bien,” “Ni Volviendo a Nacer,” and the titular track.
These Regional Mexican numbers put his soft-but-strong voice on display in a beautiful way; breaking cultural barriers and connecting lyrically with fans on a deep level. In fact, forming bonds with his supporters was one of his biggest goals when recording Consejos Gratis, and he’s succeeded. “Fans bring their posters and ask me to let them play the accordion, and if it’s their dream, I let them do it,” he explained.
“I think that this is part of the interesting things about life. You don’t know how good I feel when people tell me, ‘I fulfilled my dream of going to see you’ or ‘I fulfilled my dream of playing a song with you.’ I was also someone who had those dreams.” Edén Muñoz’s reality has been pretty incredible too, as of late. He was honored as songwriter of the year at the 2021 SESAC Latin Music Awards for his ghostwriting of hits like Banda MS’ “La Casita.” Meanwhile, his own solo hit, “Chale,” has reached 400 million views on YouTube alone!
