Dustin Lynch 2024 Tour Announcement – Killed The Cowboy Tour Schedule
Saddle up for a new Dustin Lynch tour! The country music star will kick off his “Killed The Cowboy” trek in early 2024, beginning on April 2nd in Nashville, TN. Stopping in Charlotte, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Boston, MA, and more, he’ll continue through May 11th in Council Bluffs, IA.
“I’m at a spot in life where I’m super focused on celebrating and living in the moment,” shares Lynch. “The crew and I did a lot of that on the PARTY MODE TOUR and really found ourselves out there. The fans were coming out bigger, badder, and louder than ever. I’m excited for them to dive into this album, find themselves in it, and then bring that energy with their friends to the KILLED THE COWBOY TOUR next spring.”
Lynch just released his sixth album, Killed The Cowboy, in September, and it’s already gaining great reviews! Described as his most “relentlessly honest and self-inquisitive project to date,” it’s a heartbreak album through and through. The titular track is about a woman who “killed the cowboy” by breaking up with the one and only Dustin Lynch. Meanwhile, other new tracks like “Honky Tonk Heartbreaker,” “George Strait Jr.,” and “Chevrolet” (featuring Jelly Roll) further spotlight Lynch’s nonexistent love life.

They met through mutual friend and producer Zach Crowell, and came to the decision that Jelly Roll’s soulful voice would be superb on “Chevrolet,” a previously-written Dustin Lynch song.
“I related to the lyrics so much, and we get to name-check Brooks & Dunn in there, so literally, it’s a perfect scenario,” Lynch says. “And with Jelly, ‘Drift Away’ is such a classic melody, and we kept this super loose and had some grit and rough edges to it, and Jelly has the perfect voice for it, with the soul he has in his voice.” Dustin Lynch is no stranger to A-list country music collaborations.
