The country music icon has announced a much-anticipated Las Vegas residency, Dolly: Live in Las Vegas, set to take over The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for six nights. Running December 4- 13, the residency marks Dolly’s first extended Vegas run in over 30 years.
Each night, fans can expect a career-spanning setlist that taps into every era of Dolly’s legacy — from the early country heartbreakers to shiny, semi-new anthems. Regardless of the decade, nearly every Dolly Parton track is a gem that’s helped shape American pop culture as we know it. And you’ll get to hear “Jolene,” “Coat of Many Colors,” “Here You Come Again” and “9 to 5” (among others) from the heart of the Entertainment Capital of the World.
She’ll likely close the night with her eternal classic “I Will Always Love You,” which, despite being widely known as a Whitney Houston song, was written as a country ballad by Parton.
