Daughtry 2026 Tour Announcement – 20 Years Unplugged Tour Schedule
Daughtry are the latest group to embark on a 2026 anniversary tour, celebrating two decades with something a little more intimate than your usual rock show. The multiplatinum band has announced the “20 Years Unplugged” tour, an acoustic fall run that kicks off October 12 at Troy Savings Bank Music Hall in Troy, NY, before hitting cities like Beverly, Uncasville, Atlantic City, Huntington, Las Vegas, Anaheim, San Antonio and more.
We know what some may be thinking…“Daughtry” and “acoustic” in the same sentence? His belty voice was built for stadium speakers. And while they’re not wrong, they’ve also gotta remember the emotional core of these tracks. Singles like “It’s Not Over,” “September,” and “Home” easily convert into a stripped-down, sentimental number that you’ll feel from the first, tenth, or even twentieth row. Are you ready to see Daughtry like you never have before?
The “20 Years Unplugged” tour will feature all your Daughtry favorites — rock radio classics, current hits, and deep cuts from the catalog. All in a new and softer setting. While Chris Daughtry and Co. have fully embraced the “dad rock label” (and the screamalongs that come with it) over the years, their anniversary trek is a time for something new. And you’ll definitely turn to the person next to you and say “I can’t believe it’s been two decades since ‘It’s Not Over’ came out’ at some point.
How did it all start? Chris Daughtry first broke through on American Idol in 2006, and Daughtry’s self-titled debut quickly turned the band into one of the biggest rock acts of the late 2000s. Their greatest hits were found anywhere and everywhere — from grocery stores and car rides to breakup playlists, and probably at least one very dramatic slideshow. They’ve continued to tour and release new music as time went on, most recently Shock To The System earlier this year.
Tracks like “Artificial,” “Pieces,” and “The Bottom” show a darker and heavier side to the band, which is a little ironic before one of their most stripped-down tours yet. But it’s this versatility that’s kept Daughtry going all these years, and you’ll feel the edge from the moment Chris hits the first note. Daughtry tickets go on general sale Friday, June 19 at 10 a.m. local time, with artist presale and VIP packages beginning Wednesday, June 17 at 10 a.m. local time.
Additional local presales will run Thursday, June 18 at 10 a.m. local time. Get your verified resale tickets now to see Daughtry on the “20 Years Unplugged” tour.
