Dan and Shay 2024 Tour Announcement – Heartbreak on the Map Tour Schedule

Dan and Shay are back at it in the summer of 2024! The country pop duo has extended the “Heartbreak on the Map Tour,” beginning on July 18th in Cincinnati, OH. They’ll stop in Toronto, ON, Bangor, ME, Chula Vista, CA, and more before concluding on September 21st in Greenwood Village, CO.

The duo first began this Dan and Shay tour in the spring, hitting up all your favorite cities with a blend of old and new tunes. “Heartbreak on the Map” is a reference to the third track off their fifth and latest album, Bigger Houses, released last spring, and they’ve had a blast singing both the titular track and other incredible singles. Are you excited to hear 2020s favorites like “Save Me the Trouble,” “Always Gonna Be,” and “Bigger Houses?”

And of course, we can’t forget the classics like “From the Ground Up” and “Speechless.” Dan and Shay, comprised of members Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney, have made their mark on the country pop scene for over a decade now. And the multiplatinum hitmakers have done it all. From performing at the GRAMMYs (and winning three awards!) to selling more than 30 million albums and collaborating with Justin Bieber, Rascal Flatts, and Kelly Clarkson, to name a few. All this to say, the ultra-talented duo has a lot to be proud of.

But even so, what they’ve accomplished with Bigger Houses, and its subsequent Dan and Shay tour, may just top the list. They’ve called the record “their best work yet,” and opened up about its departure away from what people have come to expect from Dan and Shay, and how it’s helped them grow as artists along the way. “Some of our records have been more pop- or hip-hop/R&B-infused,” Smyers shares.

“But on this album, I wanted to make tracks that we could hop up at any bar anywhere with our live band and play the songs as they were recorded,” he continues. “Ultimately, this music, this whole album, is something that I’ll be able to look back on in a decade or two and be really proud of the way it turned out.” Mission accomplished!
