Bad Religion and Alkaline Trio 2021 Tour Schedule
Bad Religion is bringing their legendary punk rock show to a city near you, announcing rescheduled dates for their co-headlining tour with Alkaline Trio. The 30-date outing begins on October 15th in Riverside, CA, and zig-zags around the country before ending in Los Angeles on November 26th.
“This tour is special,” Bad Religion singer Greg Graffin said in a statement. “Not only are we celebrating the return of live music, but we get to do it with Alkaline Trio, who are such a great band, really excited about this!” The feeling is mutual regarding Bad Religion’s co-headliners, as Alkaline Trio has expressed their appreciation many times over the years.
“Bad Religion was one of my first loves. I remember exactly where I was the first time I heard [their 1988 album] Suffer,” says Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio (and Blink 182). “They are one of the very reasons I started playing punk rock music and continue to today. This tour is going to be epic on many levels.”
It’s no surprise that this Bad Religion tour begins and ends in Los Angeles, as the punk rock band has a special connection to the city. They formed in Southern California over forty years ago and reached mainstream success with their hit “Los Angeles is Burning” – along with “Sorrow” and “The Devil in Stitches,” bringing punk into the pop-filled music charts.
Over the decades, Bad Religion has graced the stages of countless festivals and headlining tours. However, this one with Alkaline Trio may be the most memorable.
