Angel Olsen 2023 Tour Announcement – Big Time Tour Schedule
Angel Olsen is touring in support of her sixth and latest album, Big Time! The indie pop-rock singer will kick off on January 20th, 2023, in Atlanta, GA, making stops in New Orleans, LA, Detroit, MI, Baltimore, MD, and more before concluding on February 11th in Durham, NC.
“Packin’ up the bus again and heading back out this winter. We’re playing some cities we’ve never played,” Olsen wrote on Instagram, “And some we haven’t played in a while.” “Some songs from the new records. And dusting off some oldies,” “she continued, “And we are honored to have the incredible @erinraemusic supporting all dates. This is the Big Time US Tour Winter Edition!” Big Time is proving to live up to its name for Olsen, and many fans can’t wait to hear new tracks like “All the Good Times” and “Through the Fires” for the very first time.
This record marked Olsen’s first since 2020’s Whole New Mess and received incredible reviews from critics. “With Big Time, Olsen draws inspiration from some of popular music’s most perennial templates,” writes PopMatters, “revamping them and, once again, reinventing herself.” The Independent gave a five-star (!) review while calling the album “a thoroughly blissed-out affair, rocking gently in the warm breezes of vintage country.” For the record, this is a compliment for Olsen, who no longer feels the same fear of being pigeonholed as an artist and is more than willing to dabble into all genres for a masterpiece like Big Time.
