Beartooth 2024 Tour Announcement – US Tour Schedule
Beartooth is the latest metalcore group to announce a 2024 tour! Joined by The Plot in You, Invent Animate, and Sleep Theory, they’ll begin on January 12th in Cincinnati, OH. The band will make 41 stops before wrapping up on March 14th in Fort Wayne, IN.
“I cannot wait to get back on tour and play a bunch of new songs for a bunch of amazing fans,” says Beartooth frontman Caleb Shomo. “We get to take out three awesome bands doing great things for the scene. We’re gonna play loud, hot, and fast, and serve up all the new stuff like you’ve never seen before.” Those who have listened to the fifth Beartooth album, The Surface, know that he’s not messing around! New singles like “Riptide,” “Sunshine!,” and “Might Love Myself” are the ideal blend of insane breakdowns, moody belts, and beautiful musical growth.

Louder Sound gave The Surface a four-star review, calling it “a more mature venture than those early days of lyrical self-flagellation.” The publication also named it as Shomo’s “most balanced outing to date – a burst of glowing metalcore grappling with his turbulent journey to self-love.” Remember that the debut Beartooth album, 2014’s Disgusting, lived up its name and featured more than a few songs about self-hatred. Therefore, one can’t help but notice Shomo’s turbulent but transformative mental health journey.
Nearly a decade ago, he screamed “What is the poison inside of me? The sickness in my head?” on the early Beartooth song called “The Lines.” But these days, he’s putting out vibrant music videos called “Might Love Myself” that simply radiate confidence between killer breakdowns. Is there anything more metal than that? Shomo has been in the music scene for many years, first as vocalist of Attack Attack! and later as a solo artist before forming Beartooth. But he’s truly in his prime in 2023, and you’ll see it firsthand at upcoming shows.
