Disturbed 2024 Tour Announcement – Take Back Your Life Tour Schedule
Disturbed has extended the “Take Back Your Life Tour” into 2024! Joined by Falling in Reverse and Plush, the heavy metal band will begin on January 19th in Peoria, IL. They’ll make 23 stops in total before concluding on March 3rd in Las Vegas, NV.
Extending this Disturbed tour was a no-brainer for Disturbed. Why? Because the shows in support of their eighth album, 2022’s Divisive, have been the most successful of their career! Per Billboard, this summer’s Disturbed concerts sold 336,000 tickets and earned a record $17.4 million. It’s a well-deserved honor for the Chicago-bred group, who are set to celebrate their 30th anniversary next year. And they’re definitely not finished selling out the country’s best venues on this album cycle.
Described by Blabbermouth as a “precise, pummeling, and powerful hard rock opus,” Divisive is proof that Disturbed is in its prime. The record has produced not one, not two, but three No. 1 singles on Rock Radio — “Hey You,” “Bad Man,” and “Unstoppable.” And we can’t forget about “Don’t Tell Me,” a duet with Ann Wilson of Heart that can only be described as the rock collaboration of 2023. Simply put, this album is a banger from back to back. And you’ll understand at a Disturbed concert.
Divisive also tackles heavy subject matter like politics, mental health, social media, and more, which frontman Dan Donegan has spoken about in depth. “Even with “Hey You,” the first single off this album, it’s a little bit of a wake-up call for us to step back and reflect on how crazy we’re all acting,” Donegan told Billboard. “Especially throughout social media and just even among friends and families and watching strangers go at it.”
“Debating is a good thing. It opens our minds to educate each other on whatever our views are, but it’s not even a debate anymore,” he continues. “It’s just like, “If you don’t believe in what I believe, then I hate you, and we have to cancel you.” The commitment, emotion, and charisma that Donegan puts into his lyrics can be felt at every Disturbed performance. And it’s just a part of the reason why the group has had their most successful year yet.
As they work through new tracks off Divisive, you’ll also get to hear older Disturbed songs like “The Sound of Silence,” “Decadence,” and “Stupify!” This trek will be a tribute to the band’s glorious career, and you can’t miss your chance to get tickets. Check it out!
